River Plate sells tickets for First Division and Copa Libertadores matches. The localities are exclusive for members and for those who have acquired their membership in We Are River Community.

Terms and conditions
Exclusive online sale. No tickets are sold in the stadium. Stadium ticket offices are only for tickets delivery. Payment method: Visa and AMEX credit cards of all banks. No tickets are sold in cash. Members of Club Atlético River Plate and members of We Are River Community have priority in advanced ticket sales and they will have a special discount on ticket prices. This benefit is not transferable. Those members of Club Atlético River Plate that have a place through the service Your Place in the Monumental can not buy discounted tickets using their name. Those who wish to buy tickets for matches that are sold by this way must register first in the system. The system allows purchasing up to 4 tickets per transaction.

Tickets for all published events can be bought, but only the nearest event tickets are delivered. Tickets purchased in the website can be picked up at the ticket office located in River until the day before the event. NO TICKETS WILL BE DELIVERED IN THE DAYS OF THE MATCH. Those days in which an event takes place in River, the ticket office will be closed due to security requirements. The club must have a register of all spectators present in each match. The first time somebody picks up tickets at the tickets office of Club Atlético River Plate, he/she must submit a photocopy of his/her ID and of the others spectators he/she has bought the tickets to, and a photocopy of membership cards in case they have. Otherwise they will be unable to pick up the tickets. Tickets can only be picked up by the owner of the credit card with which the purchase was made, and he/she must submit photocopies of the cardholder ID. Delivery point located in the volleyball ticket office: Figueroa Alcorta Avenue. Tuesdays to Saturdays from 8 to 20 (subject to the event calendar).

Others considerations and conditions
Tickets are only valid for the event to be held and CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED, NEITHER REFUNDS NOR TICKETS RETURNS FOR MONEY, except in the cases and conditions that the club determines.

Before confirming the purchase, please carefully review the information related to the event, match, day, time, number of tickets and amount of the transaction, since once the buying process is made, no changes are permitted. The confirmation of your purchase is subject to approval by your credit card company or mean of payment.
If the date of an event or match changes for some reason, the tickets will be valid for the final date set by the club or the organizing body. The seller reserves the right of admission.
Upon entering, the public will be subject to registration according to the law, anyone who refuses to this condition will be prohibited from entering the stadium. The buyer is responsible to pick up the tickets in the tickets office during the set period to pick up them. Remember that tickets will only be delivered submitting:

1. Credit card of the cardholder with which the purchase was made.
2. Photocopy of the ID or passport of the cardholder.
Consider these requirements, as they are necessary to deliver your tickets.
The club does not replace tickets if they have been lost, stolen or damaged, leaving them under the responsibility of the buyer.
Tickets will only be considered valid if they are purchased from the official website of Club Atlético River Plate (www.cariverplate.com.ar) and picked up in the stadium tick-ets office stadium.
Take the necessary precautions to avoid having a false ticket; otherwise you may be subject to legal action. Tickets may not be used under any circumstances for resale and for commercial application or promotions without prior written authorization of the club.
The club is committed to maintaining the data provided by you when purchasing the tickets. The club will inform users of its related products promotions related to the shows and matches for which they have purchased tickets.
